These frequently asked questions and responses are our best effort.  Please contact Forget Me Knot Fest if your questions are not addressed here.  All the following are first, subject to the terms and conditions as explained in the Ticket Terms and Conditions as detailed at the following website location – Event Ticket Terms and Conditions.

 

Q: What is the price to attend the festival?

Friday Evening - $30

Saturday - $60

Friday and Saturday:

Early Bird (first 100 tickets sold) - $65.00 - end March 31, 2024

Full Price Tickets - $80

 

Ticketing closes after 1,200 tickets sold

 

Q: Do I need to purchase tickets for the Range Riders separately?

A: Yes, the Range Riders have limited capacity and purchasing a ticket ahead of time will ensure your spot.

 

Q: When will single-day tickets be available for purchase?

A: Tickets will be available Thursday, February 29, 2024

 

Q: Are refunds available if I am unable to attend?

A: Please see the terms and conditions section on our ticketing page.  Forget Me Knot goes on rain or shine.  

 

Q: Will I be able to purchase tickets at the gate?

A: This depends on availability.

 

Q: Where and when do I get my wristband?

A: Forget Me Knot printed wristbands will be handed to ticket holders at check-in on the day of the event(s).

 

Q: Where is parking located?

A: Parking Lot will be located on the north side of main street across from Soda Butte Lodge. Follow the parking signs. Parking will be limited so PLEASE carpool.  Forget Me Knot will be providing a shuttle bus service Cooke City and Silver Gate.  It is critical that visitors obey parking signage and traffic volunteers.  Violation will result in forfeit of your event ticket. Handicap Parking will be available close to the field.

 

Q: Where can I stay?

A: See our website's “Lodging and Camping” tab.

 

Q: Is there food at the festival?

A: Yes, we will have food at the site, and restaurants in both Cooke City and Silver Gate are within an easy walk and multiple food trucks will be stationed at the event site in Cooke City.

 

Q: Can I bring in my own food?

A: Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages may NOT be brought into the venue in Cooke City and Silver Gate,

 

Q: Is alcohol available at any of the venues?

A: Yes, FMK will operate a beverage service at the venue in Cooke City serving beer and wine.  The Range Rider in Silver Gate will provide beverages at the Royal Wulff bar.

 

Q: Can I bring my dog?

A: Only qualified service dogs will be allowed within the event borders.  Please see the event ticket  terms and conditions.

 

Q: What if it rains?

A: The show will go on! Musicians will be protected for safety reasons. Remember, you are at 7,300 feet in the Northern Rocky Mountains and thunderstorms are a possibility.  We recommend dressing in layers, ready for a variety of weather events.  If enough people bring their rain gear, our odds of rain go down!

 

Q: Is the event ADA accessible?

A: Yes, all of our venues are ADA accessible. A few of the venues are on grass and the ground may be uneven. We have venue volunteers ready to assist at all venues.  Please contact Forget Me Knot at info@forgetmeknotfest.org to let us know when and where you may need our support.

 

Q: Do I need to bring my own chair?

A: Yes, chairs and blankets are fine.  We have 77,000 square feet in our Cooke City venue, but a standing-only zone will be staked out in front of the stage.

 

Q: Where can I buy T-shirts and festival merchandise?

A:  Merchandise will be available online preceding the event and at the festival Online orders can be picked up at the festival.

COVID-related Questions:

Q: Will you be requiring proof of vaccination to attend the festival?

A: No.

 

Q: Will masks be required at the festival?

A: FMK will follow any mask mandates in place at the time of the event. There currently are no mask mandates in effect in the State of Montana.
